This is a late review. I am in the industry and at the time of my refi they were exceptional. Rate and APR zero fees and low rates, it was un beatable at the time. It looks like Ownings initial pricing etc... was to create huge market influence and make a splash in the market. They succeeded very well and I referred MANY clients to them. Working with Scott Luebcke was an absolute pleasure. From the start of the Application process to explaining cost, rates, third party fees, and how they are practically nonexistent, and helping us with the underwriting department, making sure we provided all necessary information and documentation. I recently refinanced with Owning.com. I have to say the experience was excellent. They gave a great rate, were very responsive and everything was done electronically. I closed in 3 weeks of starting the application - absolutely unheard of in the past. They knew what they were doing, there wasn't much back and forth and a notary came to my house to get signatures. I highly recommend them.

Heard the ads on KFI and sent an email on April 1, 2021. Communication from Steven Dam and Annie Lac was great and comprehensive. Signing final docs today, April 21, 2021. 20 days from inquiry to closing. This would never have happened from another company. I have had several loans for homes and never had an easier experience. Also, went from 4% to 2.99%. I highly recommend Owning for any refi. John

Not only did we get an AMAZING rate on our re-fi through Owning Corporation, we also received excellent service throughout the process. Calls and emails were quickly returned and all of my questions were answered in detail. From start to finish, we had a new loan within a couple of weeks. We have refi'd our property multiple times and we have rental properties that we have refi'd with other companies. Owning...well...owned it (sorry...had to do it). Quick, efficient, no messing around, all done in 3 weeks and I was saving money from the first most. Why lowest rate, no points, no inspection, no fees. We spent maybe 30 mins with the notary because most of the paperwork was filled out on-line.
