I recently refinanced with Owning.com. I have to say the experience was excellent. They gave a great rate, were very responsive and everything was done electronically. I closed in 3 weeks of starting the application - absolutely unheard of in the past. They knew what they were doing, there wasn't much back and forth and a notary came to my house to get signatures. I highly recommend them.
Heard the ads on KFI and sent an email on April 1, 2021. Communication from Steven Dam and Annie Lac was great and comprehensive. Signing final docs today, April 21, 2021. 20 days from inquiry to closing. This would never have happened from another company. I have had several loans for homes and never had an easier experience. Not only did we get an AMAZING rate on our re-fi through Owning Corporation, we also received excellent service throughout the process.
