We just used them for our refinance and it was so stress-free. It was an extremely efficient process, and they were professional the entire time. There was no confusion, like typically is experienced with other mortgage lenders-- which we appreciated. Their fees were far lower than another well known company, which in my opinion made them more trustworthy. If you have mortgage needs, call them up for sure!
Couldn't be an easier, more transparent process! Everyone was very professional, they took the time to educate me, and their quick communication was terrific. The rates were fantastic and the process was quick and painless. I should have done this years ago! I am very happy with their customer service and their rates.

At first I was regretting doing business with owning. I wasn't aware of a merger. Once that was settled and Lana was my loan agent everything went extremely well. The communication was fantastic and the support was more than anyone could ask for. I will alway be grateful to Owning for the best rate and the best service!!

Great experience with Owning two times ! Just completed a recent refi and it was quick and very professionally handled. Shout out to Trung and Nina who were knowledgeable and efficient. They did what they promised. I am very pleased and highly recommend Owning.
My whole experience with Owning from start to end was awesome. They made contact within hours of submitting the request online. The agent (Michelle) and Processor (Hanh) were very responsive and replied to my queries/clarifications in a very timely manner. We were able complete the whole process in 30 days. This is a late review. I am in the industry and at the time of my refi they were exceptional. Rate and APR zero fees and low rates, it was un beatable at the time. It looks like Ownings initial pricing etc... was to create huge market influence and make a splash in the market. They succeeded very well and I referred MANY clients to them.
