Hands down the easiest refinance I've ever experienced. I got a competitive rate and everyone I worked with was great and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend Owning and would look to use them again in the future if the need arises.

We just used them for our refinance and it was so stress-free. It was an extremely efficient process, and they were professional the entire time. There was no confusion, like typically is experienced with other mortgage lenders-- which we appreciated. Their fees were far lower than another well known company, which in my opinion made them more trustworthy. If you have mortgage needs, call them up for sure!

At first I was regretting doing business with owning. I wasn't aware of a merger. Once that was settled and Lana was my loan agent everything went extremely well. My husband and I have been searching to buy a home for months. In this market, it's hard to even put in offer. It's become such a buyer's war. My whole experience with Owning from start to end was awesome. They made contact within hours of submitting the request online. The agent (Michelle) and Processor (Hanh) were very responsive and replied to my queries/clarifications in a very timely manner. We were able complete the whole process in 30 days.
