Finished an easy refi with Owning in December when rates were rock bottom. This is my second refi, so I definitely can compare it to other experiences. Closed in three weeks start to finish. I got the super low rate that they advertised, which amazed me greatly that it wasn't just a teaser rate. The transaction went so smoothly (and during the height of the pandemic when everyone is working from home), that when they were ready to schedule a notary to come to me, I started to get anxious that I had been scammed or something... read more

This was my first refinanced with Owning. To be honest, I was using a well known bank for my refinance. The notary showed up with incorrect documents. I immediately canceled the refinance with that bank. I later heard the Owning ad on the radio and gave them a call. Their rates were lower and the process was seamless. My loan was closed within three. I've referred three friends to owning and two of them closed loans with Owning. I highly recommend this company.
