We have refi'd our property multiple times and we have rental properties that we have refi'd with other companies. Owning...well...owned it (sorry...had to do it). Quick, efficient, no messing around, all done in 3 weeks and I was saving money from the first most. Why lowest rate, no points, no inspection, no fees. The fastest I've ever closed a refi - 15 days from initial conversation to signature. Henry and Rosie were both awesome and super responsive and beat every competing rate I brought to them. Great experience all around, highly recommend for quick and efficient refis.

Finished an easy refi with Owning in December when rates were rock bottom. This is my second refi, so I definitely can compare it to other experiences. Closed in three weeks start to finish. I got the super low rate that they advertised, which amazed me greatly that it wasn't just a teaser rate.
