This was my first refinanced with Owning. To be honest, I was using a well known bank for my refinance. The notary showed up with incorrect documents. I immediately canceled the refinance with that bank. I later heard the Owning ad on the radio and gave them a call. Their rates were lower and the process was seamless. My loan was closed within three. I've referred three friends to owning and two of them closed loans with Owning. I highly recommend this company.

I heard the ads on the radio and the rates sounded too good to be true. I called them and we started the process. This was in August, so I do not remember the names of the people I dealt with, but communication was excellent all the way around. My loan closed within 3 weeks. Due to Covid, most of the communication was via email and text. The notary came to my house and we signed all the docs outside! Can't say enough about the efficiency and easy-to-talk-to agents.

If I could give them 6 stars I would. Edgar Moreno and Steven Floyd were awesome. From day one, they communicated with me every step of the way. My husband had been on disability because he had surgery. Not a problem. They figured it all out. I provided the documentation needed and everything went well. Closing was quick and not a day was wasted when something wasn't taken care of. I got one of the lowest rates on the market and my mortgage payment went down about $420 a month.
