I had a great experience with Owning. I submitted my interest to refinance online and received a call back immediately. All of my contacts with them were professional, knowledgable, and most importantly they kept their commitments. It was shocking to me how quickly my refinance was completed. I would recommend them to anyone.
Empty promises, incompetent agents and wasted time. Bait and switch category. They don't list that you need to own a primary home to qualify for a DSCR loan. Total frauds
They sold my loan to Mr Cooper. Mr Cooper mortgage company had glitches in their system. Now my credit could be affected As soon as interest goes down, I'm going to my credit union, they won't sell my loan!!
My loan was finalized, but it wasn't within the time they stated and I had to push it forward....

Great Company!! Until it was sold, to a piece a shit company that shut it down! And rates went way up too.
They promise you the world, then pull up ridiculous items on your credit report and then drop kick you to the curb. Don't trust them. Take your business elsewhere, you won't regret it.

Awful! Tarrah Navarette (Tarrah Roller) and Adrian Herrera were the absolute worst! They stalled my application for several months, ran several hard pulls on my credit, and did not get back to me on time! This process took 9+ months. I was told that processing times were delayed and they continuously needed updated paperwork every few weeks. Horrible!

Horrible experience! I would do zero stars if I could. We were working with John, sent all of our documents, he ran our credit (hard inquiry on credit reports) and we never heard from him again. Shady, unprofessional, and I am not happy that we have the hard inquiry. Unacceptable! Now I need to spend more time getting the inquiry removed. Caution with this company, especially John!

When I closed my loan with Owning, I gave them five stars review!! But After hours of phone calls regarding the 1st payment, I have to revise the rating due to the operation from their office on posting the payment and managing the loan so insufficiency!! Like the (first payment coupon's loan number and mailing address is totally different from the second payment coupon, They delate the payment input to my account and charged me the late fees!!
