I had a very sick boxer puppy that needed a vet on a Sunday- I called around to a few vets that were open and this place had the best front office staff and prices around! When your pooch isn't feeling well it so refreshing to have nice supportive people telling you not to worry and to bring her right in! Great experience at a referral hospital... made a stressful situation a good experience. The doctor was very knowledgeable and the staff was very efficient. The doctor was unhurried... Took the time to answer all questions and create a plan going forward. Dr. Dusberg offered to consult with a colleague about Hank's case and get back to me. Very much appreciated.

Although Pacific Care was not able to save my baby, I do want to give a shoutout to three particular staff members. Dr. V, Renee, and Karen. They were compassionate, went above and beyond and truly there for me during the most traumatic week of my life. Thank you to these three wonderful humans, especially Renee - she was a godsend, knowledgeable, caring and kind. Dr. V. also has amazing bedside manner and i never felt rushed or like I was bothering her with my questions.

I had to take my 5 year old Pomeranian in for a emergency visit. The staff from the girls that checked us in to the vet assistant and emergency vet were professional and very caring. They were very compassionate in a very stressful situation. I highly recommend using Pacific Care for your pets needs.

Our vet recommended we come here after finding a Mast Tumor on my 12 year old dog, Lucky. Lucky is more than a dog. He's our baby and is family. I was a wreck from the moment I called to schedule our first appointment. The gal that answered your phone was so kind and compassionate. That experience/compassion continued when I went in for our first appointment. They took good care of Willow when she had another bleed from her hemangiosarcoma, monitoring her levels and making sure she was comfortable. I was impressed with how much compassion they showed for both Willow and myself. I highly recommend this hospital and team of doctors!

Took our cat for an emergency visit due to labored breathing on a Sunday. Staff members were professional and Dr Lessard was clearly very competent and an effective communicator, and so was her assistant. The cost was itemized and transparent, with options provided. They had to do a thoracentesis to remove built-up fluid from the cat's lung cavity - with ultrasound, oxygen treatment, the surgery and associated medicine etc, the cost came down to a little over $1000 (for anyone who has never visited a pet emergency clinic, ho... read more

I want to thank the staff for taking care of my Coco in her last months before her passing. Each visit I made the Doctor Assistant: Michelle Pule was so helpful and comforting while I was going through such a traumatic situation. She even paid attention to my other dog, Cappuchino, each visit. I loved how she even gave her own life experiences with her dogs as helpful guidance of how she handled her similar situations.
