We had an urgent need for appointment and our regular vet was unable to take us. Pacific Care had almost no wait for our first visit. The Tech and Vet were very warm and thorough through our challenging visits. The team was compassionate and helped us through our difficult decision and felt supported the whole way.

My dog and constant companion for 12 years, Pebbles, was referred by my vet in Riverside for treatment at Pacific Care just after Christmas last year. Sadly, I was informed by veterinarian Sarah Beaman, that his diagnosis was lymphoma. My options were clearly presented to me and I chose to try the treatment offered. My 3 yo yellow lab Bruiser chewed up a microfiber towel and ate half of the towel. He vomited a huge amount the next day then he stopped eating and acted lethargic the following day. I took him to my vet Dr Morgan at Quail Animal Hospital who then recommended an ultrasound at Pacific Care. Pacific Care was able to accommodate Bruiser immediately and blood test and ultrasound were completed. He was also given IV fluids. All communication was done over the phone due to Covid. I am completely blown away by the level of professionalism and compassion received from the doctor, techs and receptionist. I took my beloved Connie over the weekend, unfortunately her condition was too advanced and she crossed the rainbow bridge. I will forever be grateful for the way Connie and my family were treated. I took my dog there desperate for help. Buddy was paralyzed and I feared that he was having trouble breathing. I didn't know how I was going to pay for treatment. I was so relieved when they took buddy from me while I fill out paperwork. Their immediate care and attention was on Buddy. I was so relieved. I was able to bring my dog Cap in immediately for care. They did all the tests and although we did not get the results we wanted, they were very accommodating and took good care of Cap. Other vets in the area were unable to help us for months. Pacific Care made it work when they knew of our concerns.

This last Xmas eve, we had to put down our 13 year old maltipoo. We believe she suffered a stroke... couldn't watch her suffer anymore so found this emergency pet hospital late evening and we were able to get her in right away. We called many other places but the ppl who picked up were either not compassionate and rude and/or they were booked. 3 stars for the workers here at the front desk for not being so friendly BUT 100 stars for Dr Lei. This was our first visit here. The doctor and techs were all wonderful, knowledgeable and very professional. I can tell they took good care of my baby while she was there for 2 hours. She looked happy when she came out. We will continue to come back. My dog has a lot of health issues and sees three different specialists and her regular vet. Finding good doctors to care for her is one of my priorities.
