Get directionsDr V and her team have been taking care of my baby Bubbles the last few months. I really thought I was going to lose her back in August but she is now better than ever! She was hospitalized for a fever days as she wasn't eating. We ended up giving her a feeding tube which saved her life. She's been slowly improving since then and as of last week we could remove her tube and all her levels are normal. I'm so happy and relieved Thank you so much for your care

Well, today was thousand times better than all our previous visits to Pacific Care. We actually met the vet for the first time. The front office staff seemed more friendly and efficient. First time since the move to Irvine. Hopefully things continue in this direction. If they could get the invoice attached to an email it would be nice. All in all a rather unexpected pleasant experience today.
We are eternally grateful to Dr. Nguyen, Cynthia, Taylor, and the entire team for their professionalism, support and compassion. We highly recommend them!

I would definitely return here. I was very grateful for their services. The front and back staff are extremely friendly and extend their hearts to help with my doggy. They treated her as if she was theirs. The knowledge I received was definitely beneficial. I will be receiving more results today and Im hopeful that our next steps will help her. We were referred to Pacific Care by our vet for an ultrasound on our cat, Tom. The hospital was large and clean and staff was responsive and compassionate. Unfortunately, Tom was diagnosed with terminal cancer. We were given direct news and options and were met with care and patient understanding as we made some difficult choices. The hospital was very clean. The staff was happy and helpful. The Doctor was very thorough and explained the results and health plan in an easy to understand way. I recommend this hospital for all of your specialty needs. It was worth the drive for me.

The wait time from my call until the first available appointment was quite long, around two months. Once our appointment day arrived the appointment went quickly and smoothly and discussion with the doctor, as well as the diagnostics, were quite thorough. I appreciate the staff and service we received, however, the office is quite a distance from our home (we were referred here by another vet). I don't know that we would return unless it was necessary to the care of our kittie.
When my cat was injured (possible broken leg) her regular vet could not/would not see her for 10 days. I then called an emergency/specialty vet hospital where my cat has previously been under care with an internist for the past 11 years for an unrelated chronic medical issue. Their medical team refused to see my cat due to understaffing - even though she has been a patient there for 11 years!!!! I was referred to Pacific Care and could not have been happier!
