I'm sad with the absolute horrible things said. If true contact the State. I work and have many friends with the County & State. My son is there so far he hates it buy he REALLY needs help or I'm going to lose him. So I told him to stay. But know I'm pretty sure most are unhappy in the beginning. If my son repeats anything I will make some serious calls. And send the National Guard if neccessary.yes I am capable and will if needed and so should anyone else. Right now I'll try to be patient and pray he gets the help he has so... read more

Don’t ever let anyone you love come here. I was forced to come here on a 5150 and was treated as a criminal prisoner. The staff enjoys treating the patients less than human and no one will come around to help your loved ones. After coming to this place I learned that the United States is not as great as I thought. We still send people who are fragile with their minds to dangerous places that only make their mental health worse. Don’t let a loved one ever go here.

I was just released from this facility today. I already had two messed up things happen in there but they were addressed and corrected while I was in there. The reason I’m writing is rather, because of Jasmine, who is a social worker there. At first Jasmine was nice, but today when I was being released, I was questioning some of my out patient stuff because I live in Temecula and the outpatient would require me to go all the way to riverside , 3 times a week. I wanted to make sure it was still going to be tele health but sh... read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. After I voluntarily walked in for overwhelming anxiety that was affecting my daily life, I was never given a walk through of what the process was going to be like. The receptionist was not friendly and handed me paperwork to fill out without explaining anything. After meeting with someone and explained that my main complaint was my anxiety, they took me back and got me settled in the late evening. Later that night the medication nurse came to give me medication that wasn’t even discussed with... read more

My family admitted me here for my addiction of drugs 11/2023. And I was in treatment here for detoxing from heavy active use. My first thought of this place when I was given my bed was that it was gonna be a bad experience and wasn’t gonna help me at all. It can use a little remodeling, newer furniture. The showers weren’t the cleanest either. But my experience at this hospital couldn’t have been any more perfect! I was at my lowest point in my life. And I was brought here to start my recovery. And my recovery journey could ... read more
