Get directionsThis place is the worst place to bring a loved one. They have the worst service. You can call anytime and no one ever picks up. And when they do they transfer you and again no one pick up. You can stand outside for 30 minutes and someone eventually lets you in.
In the Perris office they have very bad service. Yesterday I went and the person at the reception is very rude. Besides, they open late, very bad service. I will never return to this place.
Copied from my Google review. I would post this on a billboard if I could. One star, because zero is not an option. Uneducated, jaded, and dismissive staff who, if spoken to, will look right through you then walk on by. The nurses are ornery, and take things personally. Imagine taking things personally in a mental hospital! Although there is an abundance of staff, they can't seem to find time for meeting patients' needs due to staring at their phones, and standing around the board in the nurse's station making jokes, and ig... read more
Stole my iphone and Apple earbuds. Called 6 months later and said they found them and would mail them to me but never did. Total disregard for patient's wellbeing and property. The care I received was more like a punishment than anything close to "care", being there absolutely made me and my mental health situation worse after a suicide attempt and 10 days in the ICU. This place should be categorized as a prison type of institution not a medical care facility, and I am very serious. No exaggeration.
I was put in this place when I was 17 years old after my school told my parents that I was Severally depressed and had cuts on my arms. And let me tell you It was the worst place I have ever been too. Some of the staff that were with me were complete dicks, they treated me like I was lesser than them. I was crying my eyes out for my mom one night when one of the staff told me to shut up or I wouldn't be able to see her. She absolutely gave no sympathy for me when I was in a venerable state.
This place is a joke. The staff does not care about the patients. They care more about what they're getting for lunch, or who will make a Starbucks run. Had a relative that was recently hospitalized here, and to say their needs were neglected is a complete understatement. Just because a person is placed on a 5150 hold DOES NOT MEAN THEY ARE NOT A HUMAN! The staff here treats patients like they're some type of filthy rat and avoids them at all costs. And instead of being caring and empathetic, they lead with anger, and intimi... read more
It's pretty obvious that the phones are tapped at this facility every time I'm trying to speak to a loved one here there's a echo, so there shouldn't be a damn echo because when I'm on the phone with somebody else, my phone is completely fine and the phone fault the phone calls just Dropped out of nowhere coincidentally which I find humorous, considering the fact that I know about phone calls and hacking and phones being tapped. I'm not stupid and I'm pretty sure it's fucking illegal to listen to a phone call that's not cons... read more
I was admitted to this hospital back in June. i've been admitted on a 5150 before but not like this. it was my first time as an adult and not as a adolescent. There were a few amazing staff members and i won't ever forget them as they helped me through my hard time of being there. ones name was Bridgette, and a male and female nurse both names were randy. they knew how to do their jobs the correct way. i could tell they had a passion for what they did. and i felt safer around them. the other staff was mean. they did not care... read more
Avoid this place if you love your loved ones. They sent my mom to a homeless shelter that didn't even accept her upon arrival. My mother battles drug addiction and bipolar schizophrenia. I have been thru so many facilities and this by far was the worst. Staff could really care less about your situation and sounds like they hate their job. Seems like they treat patients like animals
