Literally so bad never go here if u can avoid it. They will give you unclear information on why you are even there and when u are getting out and keep extending the days to their advantage. nurses were weird and u helpful and only came around to scan ankle bracelet otherwise u would be ignored. you dont speak with a doctor often unless its on a zoom or maybe once un person definitely no help besides that unless you want to color or watch tv. they will continue to ask if u want to go on medication but not give u any other inf... read more
If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience here was terrible. I felt like the doctors and staff did not genuinely care about their patients. If you have a heart condition or are taking medications that could affect your heart, make sure you ask plenty of questions and understand exactly what you're being prescribed. I felt there wasn't enough attention given to explaining the medications or monitoring for potential risks. Do not put your family in this facility is very abusive and they never answered the phone or commented with clients or families. The staff don't care at all about humanity. Be very scare in this place
I was taken here when I was placed on a 51/50 , a 72 hour hold. When I was about to be released they served me with a 52/50 which is a Mandatory 14 day hold. I believe that this facility is committing Medical Insurance Fraud. Every single patient that was on a 51/50 was placed on a 52/50. I had to see a judge in order to be released or I would have missed my brother's funeral. They are doing this to keep their beds full. Full beds ensure that are always paid. If I didn't have good insurance, they would have cut me loose.

I have been dealing with this hospital for 5 days now. Since I received a call from the social worker today from there regarding my partner who is in the psych ward, it proves I am on the emergency contact list. Yet, I am in the dark and can't get a call back regarding his condition. The receptionist I just spoke to was extremely rude. Since I will be his caregiver, it's important I know the diagnosis. Admission of 2 hours is unacceptable with sick people sitting in hall restrained not being seen by anyone while in distress. Front desk receptionist very rude and not helpful. Visiting is only half hour with no privacy. Person sits there and listens to your conversations. Go somewhere else if you have a choice.
They blatantly disregard patient rights here. Seems more like a detainment facility than anything else, no groups or therapy besides coloring or board games. Often don't let patients outside each day; distribute medication without explanations; don't let you see the doctor... Calling this place a hospital is a farce.
