Do not know how to help or treat patients. Worse facility and stuff ever. Facility is very rude and dirty.
I spent 7 days there. It was dirty, beds were uncomfortable, and I didn't shower the entire time because the showers looked like a science experiment gone wrong. It's not intended to be Club Med. I got my meds on time, the food was decent, and they had some therapy groups. It was a safe place for me to get my meds balanced. It would not be my first choice, but it definitely does not deserve the one star reviews.
The worst experience!! They kept my suitcase and clothes. Food was unable to identify. With Covid hardly anyone wore masks. Couldn't find any hand sanitizer! On the weekend they run out of Mylanta and didn't care if I hand bad burning heartburn. Wasn't given my toothbrush and toothpaste from my suitcase. It took 3 days to get a tiny Dixie cup with toothpaste and a tiny toothbrush. I never got my clothes nor my belongings. Staff yells at patients and worse ignores patients. My rights were violated. Don't go there!!! Awful.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. They're thieves here and couldn't care less about anybody but themselves. My husband was recently in this hospital. He voluntarily went to Kaiser(that in itself was a horrible experience) for a psych evaluation and they put him on a 51/50 hold and transferred him to this facility. Like many of the other 1 star reviews, I too, had a hard time getting in contact with him. The phone rang and rang and rang. My husband hated it there. One patient asked my husband if he could RAPE him and asked a... read more
Nobody from this facility has contacted me 2 full days after my wife transferred there, and when I call, they refuse to even acknowledge if she is a patient there, even though I was the one who had her transferred there from a Kaiser hospital. Kaiser nurses assured me prior to the transfer to this location that I would have full access and be able to advocate on my wife's behalf. Apparently, even though this is a Kaiser-contracted facility, they have their own rules and totally disregarded the information provided to them ... read more
The one star is solely because I can't go any lower. I made the mistake of not reading reviews before going to this place. I go there with a family member who needs help. The receptionist is fully aware that we are there for an outpatient mental health assessment, not to be admitted as an inpatient. We sit there for over an hour and a half waiting to be called back only to be told that they don't do outpatient until Monday. This woman, Jennifer, was rude and could not care less. She offered no assistance whatsoever. Her ton... read more
Here's the hussle and the game of this place. Where do I begin......it is very simple, the better the insurance the more they will write that you need treatment, they will double the dose of your medications or add all these different medications where they make YOU think ,and the insurance to think ,you are worse mentally then you are....the reason.....cash, if your an inpatient and you have good insurance benefits, they can get an easy $1000. -$1500. Per patient per day. The poor souls who have only med-cal are discharged ... read more
They never gave me the right meds n made me worse. There was no treatment given. Ppl got raped n hurt. Very understaffed. I must give credit to the few tht were good to me....
I was a patient there for a short time and the staff was very abrasive and at times unprofessional. They never took a moment/time to discuss the process, procedures or what to expect, which at times while detoxing, this can be VERY detrimental to ones recovery, progress or success. Some of the staff isn't even licensed or certified to provide care let alone to diagnose, treat or determine ones progress and recovery. I would NOT recommend this facility to anyone.
