Always handle any problem very quickly
I recently received an email stating my bill was past due and to pay to delay late charges. I am set up on auto pay and have never had an issue. After reviewing my accounts, I noted that my bill was due May 18th and was paid May 18th. Email was dated May 20th. I sent an email stating this and received an email back quickly. Hopefully, this will not happen again as I do sometimes go into panic mode when my bills are not paid.
