I recently had a question regarding and email I received. I replied to the email because I needed to confirm the reason and intent of the email. I was very pleased that Customer Service sent a notification acknowledging receipt of my request. Then shortly thereafter, I received an answer from Customer Service. My question was explained and resolved. Thank you Customer Service.
I was very skeptical at first moving forward with solar in our home. The employees we have had contact with are VERY kind, and knowledgeable. Every question has been answered, anytime we have one.
