My first impression with Xavier was how friendly and knowledgeable he was. I did sign up for the solar panels and found out the rest of the people I had contact with were just as friendly and knowledgeable. My system isn't up and running yet due to some unforseen complications but I'm being kept in the loop as to what is happening. I'm not rating value and quality since the installation isn't completed yet.
