I had been trying since December of last year to obtain an app to view my solar panels. I was asking the company that installed my panels. After 5+months, they said to contact Light reach. I tried the number that was given to me, but it kept ringing busy... Finally, I called the number on my bill and talked to a Palmetto representative. They were so very helpful!! Within minutes, She set me up and running on a solar app. Thank you so much for the new peace of mind.

When we were researching the option to go solar, we seemed to get more confused each day. Then, after attempts to "talk" to others and getting recordings we found Palmetto Solar and Cole Roberts. He walked me through the basic information and we set up a Zoom call the next day so my wife could see what it was about.
