I used Palmetto to install my solar system back in September 2021. It has worked fantastically ever since. My savings on electric bills have been phenomenal! The rebates from electric company pretty much cover the installation finance charges. I can actually track my daily and monthly usage. I highly recommend their quality service.
Since signing up with a solar provider often requires an official contract, I found myself receiving so many communications from Palmetto I became suspicious. When I called the customer service line, my representative was able to identify 3 providers with signed contracts. After giving the representative the name of the provider I agreed to go with, she was able to remove the extra contracts from my account. It was an easy fix.
Palmetto has navigated the whole process and quickly indetifed and sloved my problem. Very responsive and trustworthy!

We were interested in purchasing solar someday, and their sales rep talked us into signing a solar leasing agreement, with a bonus offered for an immediate commitment. After talking it over more and looking carefully at our financial situation, we decided the time is just not right for us now.
