This is company is supreme, top notch and off the chain! The customer service is the best I have ever dealt with! They answer every question and they always respond quickly! Honestly, going solar has not only saved us money, but has been a great experience with the Palmetto Company! They ROCK!

When I was having trouble understanding exactly how my solar panels interact with the grid, the Palmetto representative patiently explained how I can track the energy I am importing, producing and exporting. It made things so much clearer!

I've had the solar panels operational for a few months. Had a question/complaint about a widget that disappeared from both the app and the web site around the same time they released their new branding. I assumed it was part of the rebranding. The CSR explained that the missing widget was due to a missing feed from the panel controller and that the panel manufacturer was working on the issue. Brad responded quickly to my question and the information I needed was emailed quickly.
I contacted Palmetto re: being a new user of solar power and having billing issues . It was confirmed that everything was working as expected and for me to contact my electric company’s billing dept. which I did and was able to confirm that the issue did lay w/ the electric company and has been resolved.
