I was on hold for which I thought was forever with customer service, but it was worth the wait because I was able to speak with Richard Cortez he was such a great help! He made my day so much better and was able to resolve my problem quick and efficiently. Wish he was customer service for all my other companies. -Lachel H.

James cox helped me out and notified me that I have 90 days once my application has been filled out to rent a house and if I like another house or loose the house I want to another applicant I can with my application being filled out. Really want the house but I understand.

I have posted varying reviews for Pathlight. All negative. It therefore makes me happy - as a 3.5 year resident - to be able to post a positive one. On Saturday April 22nd 2023, I requested service for a tree that had fallen. Additionally, I expressed concern regarding a tree that was leaning towards my deck and high enough to cause significant structural damage. I received a text the following Monday at 6am, a Master Arborist was on site at 8:45am and crews were on the ground by 11:45am. They removed almost all the trees ... read more

I am having a MAJOR plumbing emergency and Rej Salingsing was on point with the level of customer service provided today. She has been able to salvage the downward spiral of confidence I was having in Pathlight Management.

I am so pleased with Pathlight they have been very pleasant to work with. I am most especially so thankful for Tiffany she has gone above and beyond to answer any questions we had. Today I hand to call Pathlight Property Management about my heating issue. I spoke with a great rep name Richard Cortez. I was feeling a little defeated about the heating unit and Richard put my mind at rest. Richard was able to not just listen to my problem but he also was able to do something about it.
