No complaints. Excellent levels of care. All staff know my Dad and know his needs staff always listen and ready to talk and will act on what is required. Secure and safe environment. Have already recommended to a number of others

I'm writing concerning Pemberley Manor. It's taking my mother-in-law a very long time to settle in, but the staff have been amazing. They've been patient loving, she has started to warn to all of the staff. It's taking a very long time. She's is a very stubborn woman . They've given her all the time she needs to settle in and the results are starting to show. Well, done to Pemberley Manor, and all the staff. it's home from home residence . My Mother has settled very well at Pemberley. She feels safe, which she no longer did at home and had become isolated. Help is just a button push away I have found all of the staff without exception to be extremely kind attentive and caring to their residents but also to the family as well. They are never too busy to listen and take on board everything that is said. We are kept fully informed of any issues be it health or welfare. Any problems are dealt with very quickly. My Mum Has been a resident since Feb 2026. After visiting 10 homes, we hit the jackpot with Pemberley Manor. From the first visit the welcome received, information given, general feel of care, calm and friendlness assured us all as a family that this was perfect for Mum's new chapter. We are all so pleased with her progress, She looks so well and I know she feels Safe, confident and included. The staff, starting with the reception, through to management, are professional and caring. Food is excellent and tastes well. The facilities and gardens are well kept and cared for.

To anyone considering placing family/friends in this wonderful care home, do not hesitate. Mum sadly passed away in hospital at age 93 in December 2025 after being at Pemberley Manor for 5 months having so unfortunately endured 2 other previous care homes. The day mum arrived at Pemberley Manor she immediately trusted the staff, loved their friendliness, awareness and outstanding care . My mother has settled in very well and talks very highly of the friendly attentive staff. I live a fair distance from the care home but staff are always kind enough to conect me to my mum by phone. Staff seem to be dotting around all the time checking everyone is okay it feels a secure enviroment.

My mum was in Pemberley for around a year before she sadly passed , the management and staff were fantastic with a special mention for Jamie, Jo and Angela, nothing was too much trouble and they kept me updated every step of the way, i cannot recommend this home highly enough.
