Dad has been in Pemberley Manor since September 2024 having spent 8 weeks in hospital following a stroke which left him with severe communication difficulties both verbal and written. Before the stroke he wasn't the most social person spending most 99% of his time in his house and so he has not formed many relationships with other residents but has formed strong friendships with a couple of the carers. I would say that pemberley manor is an amazing place. Hygiene standards are are high, the staff are always friendly and eager to help in any way they can, and all residents are encouraged to take part in the many activities the home provides. Overall a fantastic place.

I have been a resident for 3 months. It has a new manager and I have just been to a meeting and the manager was speaking to us, and also welcoming us to ask ? it was very informative and we felt that we were listened to. It is very nice here, the staff are kind and helpful and there is always a senior care staff who you can talk to if you have any concerns.

My mum has been in Pemberley Manor's care since December 2024, At Pemberley Manor mum has blossomed, she has the confidence and a new found strength to walk, with aid. She couldn't do this before, she was alone and scared and the carers couldn't give her the time she needed. She now has a couple of friends, the staff arranged for them to meet, they have things in common and look out for each other, my mum has needed this so much. First of all, I want to appreciate the admin office of the home. The office works fantastically because there are no "no's" in that office. They are always supportive, there are some select carers who have a passion for this work. You will always see it in them that they care. Medical team are also trying their best but no one can get 100%. Kitchen are good in the area of their specialisation but not in all dishes such as African dishes. Staff are always welcoming and friendly, the home is always clean and tidy, safe spaces and plenty of things always going on. Can already see an improvement in my mother and very happy we chose this care home. Rooms are all very new looking and kept very clean, rest areas and day rooms are always friendly with staff and happy clients.

I was recommended by a friend whose mum is in this care home when I was looking for respite for my mum while I was away for a 2-week holiday. Everyone is so friendly and the Customer Relations Manager made the whole process smooth and easy. Mum said she was looked after so well by all the staff and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for outstanding care. I can't thank you all enough.

My mum has been at Pemberley Manor for around 6 weeks, both management and staff have been amazing from the start, any questions are answered promptly, a few little issues mum was having were resolved almost immediately, I have noticed the change in her already, she seems a lot happier, which in turn gives us peace of mind.

I cannot express how grateful I am to have found Pemberley Manor for my mother. After some difficult experiences with other care facilities, I was naturally apprehensive, but from the moment we stepped into Pemberley, all my concerns were put to rest.
