My overall experience was "just OK" with PennyMac as a company but great with Brianna and Dayanara. How likely I would be to recommend is closer to 3, not 10. The 10 is for Brianna and Dayanara as well.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Inconsistent information from each person I spoke too led to more fees and being late. Very frustrating to deal with.
