The title company you teamed up with for my loan was not detail oriented and got a few things wrong with the final paperwork that needed to be signed in front of the notary. I was not impressed.

I'm not the best when it comes to things like mortgage. The entire team from my loan officer to people I interacted with over the phone were professional, patient and knowledgeable and willing to take the time I needed to understand what was going on
