Handled both our initial loan and a refinance 6 months later. Miscalculated our property taxes for our escrow withdraw even though it was right on the initial loan. Paid the wrong amount for over a year without telling me my escrow was negative and the taxes were wrong. Sent me a shortage amount for their mistake plus a prorated amount and told me if i didn't pay it my payments would go up 1000 a month.
