Never had a late house payment till now .and pennymac keeps pulling the payment, then putting it back then pulling it again days later so stuff bounces and put us behind 2 payments! Jane or gene the lady that works for them is an adult child! I will never talk to that horrible person again. Why does she even have a job? She will argue, not listen and if you can understand what she says good for you. This whole company is a joke! Wish I would have never gone through them at all!
