Need a good communication between the title team and the lender. Sometimes, documents was received by the either team without notifying others. I had a lien from the HOA on 2019, everything was paid in full on the same year.

After having a not so great experience with a competitor, I called PennyMac to complete my loan process. They were excellent and we had no issues completing the process.

It appears that the team has my best interest at heart. I did move from owing 230,000 @ 2.5% to owing 290,000 @ 6% by using only 38,000 of equity. I am no expert with closing costs however, I think something was related to shoring up my escrow.

Absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Had damage on house due to a fallen tree in May of 2023. Here we are now in August 2023 and we still have no resolution with PennyMac. Was told they do not have email (this is 2023,get with the times), attempted to fax and mail documents on multiple occasions that have not been received. After verifying multiple times that the address and fax number are correct, we are getting no where. If they haven’t received my documents, how are the going to receive my check to endorse?
