I feel that Letisia was the reason I rated my satisfaction higher than I would have. It was very hard to get In touch with the previous processor which was very discouraging during such an important time. Letisia did a tremendous job keeping me updated to the best she could

I was not pleased about the naming convention on the documents. If I had to sign 100 docs I would say half of them had one name and the other half had another name. I thought this was all worked about prior to closing. But at the end of the day I liked the rate and the numbers in how it will help my family. But the docs was disappointing and having multiple names seems a little lazy and unprofessional.

There was one minor instance where the estimated amount of one category was different elsewhere in the document for the same category. Overall the experience was great and the refi helped get us closer to paying off our mortgage. Thanks Nancy!

The whole process took far too long, 2-3 months. A specific document was requested several times after I sent it. I had to speak to representatives and even a supervisor a few times to clear it up and get the process moving forward. The whole process was tiresome. I would recommend reviewing the process for opportunities to streamline it and make it easier for customers.
