My experience with Penny Mac was professional and faster than expected.

Communications. Commitments at my work made it difficult to answer the phone several times, I called back as soon as I got a chance but there was never an answer. Instead we communicated through voice-mails.

We already had a mortgage through PennyMac and decided to refinance for our home with them as well. They helped us get into a better situation and I'm happy with how it all turned out.
