Our refi experience with PennyMac was quick and simple. There weren’t many hoops to jump through and we were kept well informed along the way. Three weeks start to finish and all done electronically. The whole process was fast and easy.
This was a drawn-out process where our expected closing date was pushed back several times, prompting multiple document requests. One time, documents were sent by email and were not opened or filed, and this too pushed our closing back further. Charisse is great, but that was a dropped ball.
