Our experience was great
My refinance experience with PennyMac was great. Everything was explained clearly and they made the process very easy.
VA refinance closed within two weeks from application date at a great rate.
It was a seamless, super fast process. From start to close was roughly 3 weeks, with great communication and customer service throughout.
The initial application process and follow-up was excellent which primarily is driving my Great rating and the loan did close on time as planned. However, there is room for improvement in the mostly e-mail driven process. Some instructions to complete tasks are not very clear and likely are contributing to some unnecessary confusion for the customer and the lender as well. The personnel involved are doing a very good job..the process needs to continue to improve for a better experience for all.
The entire process was seamless from the first call to closing. Highly recommend.
