Streamlined process. Great communication and experience.
Communication was an issue for us, we were told many things in the beginning that were not accurate throughout the process, we were asked of the same documents more than once, and overall the process took longer than expected/promised.
no follow through. my loan docs were wrong twice. My name was incorrect to the point where I finally scratched my name and initialed so the refinance would close. I am now concerned that the ineptitude of Pennymac will not record my loan and title correctly. For the amount i paid to refinance, I should NOT have to be bothered with loan / closing documents that have my NAME incorrectly stated. I had to initiate all of the calls and rarely was I ever called back.

I felt that Kimberly lacked experience/knowledge to answer my questions. However, she was always polite, and asked for assistance from her “boss” when she didn’t know the answers. It was just somewhat awkward.
