For the most part things went smoothly. I think the most frustrating part of the entire process was that the required cash to close changes about every week. I didn’t know how much money I had to come up with until after 5pm the night before closing. The estimates ranges from $8,800 to a $1,200+ credit. The final closing disclosure from Penny Mac did not match closing day at the Title office. This is an are for improvement.
