The weekly communication from Jordan and his peers was what made this experience great. It took sooooo long for all of this to happen. Had Jordan not communicated with me throughout the process, I would have been out of my mind. The day the attorney was supposed to come to my home, he hadn't received the documents from PennyMac yet. I called Jordan, got a hold of him within minutes and in an hour, Jordan had sent the documents to the attorney, enabling my closing to be completed. THANK YOU!

When we had questions or concerns that we called in on the phone about, actual contact with Conrad And Jacob were not easy to get ahold of nor quick with returning calls.

It took roughly 90 days from the time I started the refinance to finally close. My only complaint is how slow the final step of closing was.

Underwriters requested the same documents a number of times. In one case they they requested an update to a document I'd sent before. When I sent it, I inadvertently cut off the address of the rental property at the top, but the account number, which was on a previous document I'd sent for that rental property was clearly visible.

Make clear the document on the private roads. This was the only thing that hurt my opinion in this whole process.

I have several emails that reflect the poor service experience. I reached out to John to clarify and clean up things when Ari did not respond, he was very helpful. This was an unacceptable level of support. We were originally scheduled to close Sep 10th and did not close until Oct 5th. On that day our Mobile Notary was over 2 hours late with no notification and our closing costs were double what we were quoted. I will not recommend pennymac to anybody.

1-communications were lacking 2-lack of knowledge on 90 day limitations caused unexpected costs 3-early morning phone calls leaving messages, when I call back spend too much time On hold. 4- We found Amrock to be very professional and knowledgeable
