Everything was easy. The process was quick and communication between us and PENNYMAC was effortless. We are very pleased with the service we received.
Streamlined easy process. Only took about 3 phone calls, less than an hour total on the phone to save a bunch of money by refinancing.
The entire process was smooth and reasonably quick.
Emmanuel was great. The frustration I had was getting "form letters" with vague requests for documentation. I would send in the documentation and get the same "form letter" back asking for the same documents. It was not until I spoke with Emmanuel that I got the actual document required. This was not his fault but a system problem. He was always prompt to respond and to help figure out the situation.
From the original inquiry to closing, everything that was communicated to me was accurate. This was a very simple process and will be saving me almost $700/month.
Xavier was good about keeping us informed on where we were in the process of the loan application. Great communication.
