What really made the difference with Lauren‘s communication. I’m currently refinancing another property and that Leander does not communicate at all. I have no idea where we’re at in the process. With Lauren, I knew every step of the way, what was needed, when it was needed and what was gonna happen. I am very pleased with how the refinancing process went.

Sandra Benevious was awesome through this process......and she toughed it out with the other entities she had to deal with on our behalf....Thanks to Sandra we got it done ,even though the closing process took several hours....

Barbara Bellamy was incredibly helpful and patient in all of my questions and worked diligently to adjust the loan in such a way that we could afford the closing costs, after the initial closing disclosure included more than 4.5x the cash-to-close that we were promised by our previous loan officer. While the process didn't go as smoothly as I would like, once Barbara was handling it, I immediately felt more confident that it would be resolved successfully, and she sent frequent status updates.

Both Jami Manning and Jericha Kane did an outstanding job with our loan application. From the initial negotiations with Jami, through the detailed documentation and closing process with Jericha, we always felt that both ladies were "on our side" and took outstanding care of us. Everything was done online and there were no glitches. We were led by the team step-by-step and was updated throughout the process. Once everything was done, they sent a Notary to our house to sign the documents. The entire process was painless and relatively quick. Thank you!
