When I Cynthia started the process , the person that i dealt with over the phone indicated that i could reach him anytime with questions. But to date i have not received that phone call. Other that that we got a phone call weekly about what was going on. So that was a positive.
Kristen Griffin and Bailey Greene were my main contacts. The MAC team were all very positive. Mr Greene told me exactly what to expect with the mortgage process. He promptly returned calls and responded to all questions. Ms Griffin was my contact once loan was in review till close. Ms Griffin was responsive to all questions and concerns. The experience was professional and personable. My loan closed earlier then expected. A great experience with home buying.
