I’d like to first say that after the initial start of the process things went very smoothly. At first, there was some bumps and miss communication that prevented us from moving forward, but after escalating this to a supervisor, the issues were addressed and our process for moving forward started again and very much in a positive way. My Mac team did contact us and we did send an email to the Mac team regarding a question we had; this question was never answered. That said, we are very pleased.
