The Closing Disclosure was consistently wrong. We scheduled closing twice. The first time, when the Closing Disclosure was wrong, we dismissed the attorney. The second time, the Closing Disclosure statement was wrong again, but I read the details of the loan, which were correct. On the morning of the second closing, I discovered an email from PennyMac sent late the previous night, attached was the Closing Disclosure. It was wrong again. Not good follow through or attention to detail.
Good experience. Would recommend to anyone looking for a mortgage company.
The comunication was clear , had a little problem at closing but i feel i was the one that benefited by it , i had a geat experience with Penny Mac , definitely will recommend

Given what is currently going on in the world, It was a pleasant experience. It took longer than I had thought, but given all the barriers presented by Covid-19, everything turned out great. I would like to commend MS. Christmas on her professionalism and performance. I would also like to recognize Tyler, the first person I talked to when I started the process. Thank you.
Wasn't expecting it to take 4 months to close on our loan talked with others that had gone through the process and they closed in as little as 3 weeks I would have thought no more then a month and a half at most but I also understand covid has had an affect on the times for this stuff just kinda frustrating time for everyone. Jordan did a great job and this should be no reflection on how he did as a person he was very professional and courteous when I spoke to him or emailed
