Erica was good to work with but I was disappointed in the difference between the figures given to me in the original loan estimate and the closing documents. I also asked Erica about my options to get an even lower loan rate but never received a response.

1.) The closing took way too long. 2.) PennyMac called me asking if I wanted to refinance, while I was in the middle of refinancing. 3.) The notary called for an appointment when I explicitly explained I was out out town during those dates. 4.) The notary cancelled twice due to a lack of documentation. 5.) Day of closing the notary received the documentation 30 minutes before closing. 6.) The first notary showed up with documentation excluding taxes. 500 character max but I could go on!!!
