It was great in the respect that we did not have to leave our home to transact our business! All the information was clearly communicated by email and phone conversations and that made things more relaxed for us! We will look to PennyMac again if the need should arise for future mortgage financing.

From the very start, Anna & Jessica from PennyMac were super helpful, on top of things, and very nice. I really enjoyed working with both of them. I closed on my new house on time, and very happy with the whole process!
Hilda was very patient, answering many phone calls. She never once gave me the impression that she felt my questions were silly or unimportant.
