From the first phone call about refinancing to the signing, this was by far the best mortgage experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend PennyMac to anyone needing a mortgage.
They did a excellent job.
As previous customers the time to refinance was long and forced us to make payments we’d like to have had covered earlier. I called to ask some questions a couple of days before closing but didn’t receive a call back as I did previously. Overall we were happy and realized due to Covid-19 delays were expected.
