The refinance of my house was performed very quickly. Very efficient and friendly service. Thank you Joya, and the PennyMac team.
Quick and simple process
Friendly and prompt service. I was always updated anytime something changed. Documents were easy to submit and website was user friendly.
Correct information on my closing paperwork, documents needed to close, the correct amount needed to close. Not promising to close on a certain date and the notary no showing twice with a call two minutes before the close is supposed to happen. Needless to say a very long drawn out painful process.
Process took longer than expected. Several times I requested the amount of closing cost as well as what my refinanced monthly would be. Did not find out until week of closing (after several months of asking)
The loan process was easy to navigate and understand. If I had any questions I would call or email, Deion would get back to me right away every time. The rate PennyMac gave me was great! I would recommend them for all your home loan needs.
