Patrick was very easy to work with and was available to answer my questions and wait on the phone to confirm the documents needed from me did in fact show up on the portal.
Quicker process, but I understand the climate we're in currently so it was expected.
Overall the loan experience went well, except as we went to closing. The closing documents were different than what we expected and what we were told they would be. We were told that we would not need to bring any funds to the table. When we went to closing, we not only had funds to pay, but it was more than an earlier estimate. Nothing worse than getting surprised at closing. At the same time, the people we worked with were very friendly and professional. They addressed all our concerns.
The process was smooth with no problems. I was contacted throughout the refinance by my MAC Team. I would recommend anyone considering refinancing to contact them. Thank you.

The website that is used to upload documents is not good. I couldn’t upload anything after the initial upload so I had to email items and they were not received then I had to email them multiple times. The process was not easy to get in touch with the team and or get a response.
