Expectations were not met. Which is actually understandable. But the lack of communication was the disappointing part.

For some reason no one understood that when a woman gets married she changes her last name and that in my unique situation I also changed my middle name. I was told that I was wrong about MY own name. We had a closing that was canceled and no one told us, we had a closing where my name was right on some docs and not on others and this last one had my former name different on documents. One with middle initial A and some with G. We also suddenly needed a witness at our final closing.

More communication from Aida. She gave me incorrect information, lost documents that I had sent, requested the same documents more than once, would only communicate with me once per week (if that), and was not clear in her answers to my questions. Our loan officer, Carol Dion, was amazing and very helpful, however. I also wish that we had received notice that our original loan officer, Jeremy Brunson, was no longer there because suddenly we had no communication from anyone for weeks.
