Excellent experience with everyone at Pennymac. I felt the information provided was easy to understand and my questions answered promptly. I was concerned how Covid-19 might affect the process but your technology made it easy to move the process along. The m.a.c team emails kept me informed of every step. You have experienced people and great customer service. Thank you to all the team members who worked on my refinancing loan.

I understand that PennyMAC may be having a flood of calls and not enough workers to handle that amount of call traffic. I still believe that it was EXTREMELY difficult to get in contact with my loan officer. I had no email address I could send to, no chat room and of course the call queue. I believe if a chatroom or email address option was available, the loan officer would be able to multi-task by answering quick direct questions, which would in turn reduce the number of calls coming in.

My experience was very good very very good. That was my first time applying for a refinance I was a little bit nervous but once I spoke to the lPerson who took my application and she explained everything to me I became a little bit calm. Then when Yvonne called me and explain more it was fine. Iwould like to say thank you to you Penny Mac Yvonne for walking me through the whole process and I appreciate your business very very much thank you again

Getting a response from Penny Mac people in a reasonable time. On my closing day nearly a week ago I called and left a voice mail along with emailing, 3 people. Paulette, Taylor, and the customer service got a supervisor involved. I have still not recieved a return call from any of these people. Very poor customer service.
