Overall, good experience. But there was an issue with closing costs going up and down a few times. The day of closing the costs were much better than originally quoted. Although, the day before closing, the amount was incorrect when closing took place the next day. A bit confusing.

All the proper documents were uploaded within hours of starting the loan process. Despite this we were asked to upload the same documents several times. This caused the loan process to drag out for months! Kita Morris was very kind but was not helpful. She didn't seem to know what was going on unfortunately.

Clear communications. Automation sped the process and made it so there were few documents I needed to provide. Phone calls responded to timley and professionally. Great collaboration between loan initiation loan execution teams. Felt that John and PennyMac had my best interest in mind and worked to provide me with options that met my needs. Flexible. I am looking forward to working with PennyMac for years to come.
