My closing was rescheduled three times, every time my closing documents were wrong to include the closing dates that I actually signed. The amount that I had to bring to closing, which I was given multiple amounts, and it was still wrong when I closed. I had a certified check for more than I was supposed to bring. I just signed all of the documents and told them to keep the difference, I didn't care I just wanted to close on my loan.

Molly was excellent to work with. We ran into issues with getting responses from our loan officer. Several times we were told we would receive a call later that day or next day to never receive a call back. We would not get progress on the loan unless we called in and tracked down our loan officer.

The only complaint I have is, that we were not made aware of a new Contact or their information. The first Loan Specialist became annoyed with us and was impolite. My husband and I work and we have triplets to take care of. It was hard to keep up with the emails from both banks. We almost went to Our hometown bank, because we were thinking the whole process will be a snap because we are your customers.

We had a great experience with the loan officer. The title company is the one that dropped the ball three times! PennyMac did everything they coudld to make it right!
