Norma did a fine job communicating and escalating when needed. Appreciate the quick follow-up when called upon.
My experience was in between great and just ok but there wasn't an option to place that.
The initial expectations started off strong but ultimately were not reached. Communication was dismal and broken. Felt like my initial loan went into a black hole and out came an serviceable standard loan that does service me nor my expectations. I hope down the road this is addressed and customer service does not take an backseat.
