The entire experience was great from start to finish. My.refi was extremely easy, the team provided clear communication, my transaction went off wothout a hitch and I couldn't be happier woth the result!
Just one word "AMAZING:
Overall experience was OK. There were numerous times that I called and left messages and then I had calls back to me where the messages were not listen to at all. Which meant I had to call multiple times about the same thing. I asked to challenge the value of the appraisal that I was given. Then I was told what I needed to do the challenge it. I did all of those things in five weeks went by without anyone acknowledging that I challenge the appraisal.
The whole process was smooth and seamless from my perspective I really appreciate PennyMac sending somebody to my house to complete the closing!

From the start of the process I was told that my 1st payment would be in October but is due in September. Telling me one thing and doing another doesn’t not sit well with me.
I like the mac group and someone always available to answer my questions.
My experience refinancing with Pennymac was without a doubt the most successful mortgage experience I've had in 20+ years of owning a home. I highly recommend them.
