The loan process was very easy and convenient. All of the PennyMac staff was great and very pleasant to work with.
Such an easy process, especially during a pandemic and not being able to meet in person.
Overall, this was a very easy process from the initial information gathering phone call to closing with a mobile notary. Closing actually took place a month earlier than the anticipated date so that was a pleasant surprise and I could cross that off my pending 'to-do' list. I was kept apprised every step of the way about the status of everything and was given the option of receiving a weekly phone call or email. Great experience with PennyMac.
