I originally talked to Rohrey from Pennymac, i had others that were calling, I ended up going with Rohry because he really made sure I received the best deal.

I was well informed and on schedule.
The loan process was easy from start to finish. Communication was excellent, dealt with the same agent after initial contact throughout, and received periodic updates on movement of my application behind the scenes.
I decided to see the different options of loans due to such low interest rates right now. The Penny MAC Team did an amazing job explaining each option and which would be best for myself and significant other. We were told when the closing would be completed and they did exactly that! Never did I have to worry or stress about anything with our refinancing process. Thank you all who worked on our application and process!! We are so happy.
Once Jerica took over it went smooth. Before her it was silence. Almost canceled if not for jerica.
Issues with the lack of meaningful communication, often which was only received after inquiring multiple times. Process time took longer than anticipated.
