It was quick, clear cut, except for the numbers keeps oj changing, but last computation is still okay. Agents are all all out to answer your questions.
I was sold on the idea that even though during the pandemic as long as i am on top of providing documents i could take 2-3 weeks to refinance. I am now writing this review over 80 days later, and we still aren't 100% finalized. During this process multiple employees had trouble explaining certain items and or seemed unable to explain certain calculations. Also during multiple occasions different employees would state complete opposite responses to some of my questions.
From our first contact with Emerson through our closing with Sandra—we were delighted with the friendly, warm and very efficient help we received! It was a pleasure going through the entire process and was the least stressful event of our whole move! They should be commended for the excellent job they did. They are both assets to your company and we really appreciate all they did for us! Great job! Many thanks!!!
Sandra and Trisha were trying their best and were super sweet, But received no assistance from the other PMAC underwriters. I feel bad for being ugly, please provide them more assistance in the future.
