The entire process took far, far too long for a simple re-finance program.
The process from start to finish was pleasant, smooth with very detailed information. Eric was on top of it and communicated every step of the way. An excellent experience for me. I work as an insurance agent and will recommend you every time!

Cheree Payton did a great job. The "team" and underwriter asked for the same documents repeatedly. That was not enjoyable!
Icenia was great. the process before it got to her was lacking in communication and clarity. It was a hard sales push by the original agent, in which she needed an answer that night or the following day. Then the communication went dark and i rarely got answers to my questions. Icenia was always proactive in her communication and i appreciate that.

THis is my second refinance with pennypac and my first time I had a better experience. This second time there was very limited communication, I was the one that was constantly following up and asking what the status was. Once I checked in, then everyone would answer my questions, but I was the one who was doing the follow up which at times was frustrating. I ended up having issues in the end with the notary for signage that completely didn't show up 2 times, which was an inconvenience
Molly Christmas was extremely nice and very helpful. She was able to get what was needed when asked. I do understand that it is an extremely busy time and only wish that more communication would have gone out via email to keep me updated or the hold up of the process. I was suppose to close last month but missed the deadline. I almost missed a deadline this month because my loan was sitting until I kept calling to find out what happened.
It was a very smooth process
