Our financial advisor recommended that we refi our home loan. And since we already had our loan with PennyMac we called and got rates that were great and in line with other financial institutions. The Mac team worked well together, There were very few hiccups in the process and the communication was quite good. Most especially the refinance closed a lot faster then expected, thank you.
Closing was delayed to lack of communications from PennyMac. Did not return calls or emails with the title company or myself. We have purchased 10 homes over the last 40 years and this was the most stressful of all.
