Had a very easy headache free process.
1. Having a step by step checklist on finishing the process. 2. When calling PennyMac it would help to have a direct line to the different agents. 3. It would also help if the People who worked for PennyMac were all on the same page. We ask if we need a survey for our house, PennyMac told us twice by two different agents that we didn’t, later all of a sudden it becomes required and our agent said we were never told that????
Happy whit most of the process , some issues in the normal Morgage process that can be improved
Penny Mac team was very easy to deal with. The only issue was the title company did not send the documentation to the notary who came to my house to close the loan in a timely manner therefore delaying the closing. I called Ms Mack and was told the documentations were sent to the title company on June 19th so I feel it was the title company who did not do their job in a timely manner

Mykela answered my questions quickly and took care of any issues i had promptly.
Anything different than thenway you do it now. I was told the process would be stream lined but it wasnt at all. It was painful. I never got to talk to elizabeth again to discuss the loan rates. Overall im very displeased. Had i not spent so much time doing it i would have switched sooner.
There was miscommunication regarding the closing. The first time I was not informed there was an issue and that it needed to be rescheduled. Then I had to call to get the Notary's name and number to confirm my appointment. Then, after signing all the paperwork, two weeks later I am getting emails that my payment is past due. After multiple calls, I find out that my closing was mistakenly marked as cancelled and the process was not completed.
THAKNS SO MUCH TO ROBERT FOR ALL OF HIS HELP DURING OUR REFI PROCESS.. IT WAS EASY AND FAST, AND MUCH APPRECIATED!!!
