Excellent communication and service. A very easy process.
It was communicated to me on a few occasions that I had to pay off a loan with the money from the sale of my other house. It was also told to me that it was not a condition of the loan. I found out the week of closing that it was a condition again and that the money had to be wired to the title company to close. Also, the lender money was not wired to the title company on the day of closing which caused me to lose a weekend of prepping the new house before moving.
