I decided to do a refinance loan to take care of some personal issues. I was really concerned how difficult it would be to do this via the internet. From the time I started the application to now I had several questions. I contacted the PENNYMAC MAC TEAM and was connected to Ms. Ari'ele Smith. Fortunately for me, Ms. Smith was able to quickly and efficiently give me the information I needed. I considered that to be extremely important because a lot could have gone wrong.

Overall great experience. Some hiccups with closing and repeat documents requested, But the Hangul I think was more with my employer versus pennymac. Once resolved everything went according to plan. Rachel and all the loan specialists were awesome. Wait time was always super reasonable, especially during Covid where we thought we would have to wait. Questions and replies back were always quick and thorough.

We were supposed to have our overpayment directly deposited into our checking and we gave the person who came to close a deposit slip for our account. Just found out a check was mailed to the wrong address not to us.
