The refinancing process through PennyMac was simple, quick and the staff were very informative!
We did not communicate directly with Ammie at all. The loan officer who generated our loan, Chris Porter was very good and he answered most of our questions along the way. I just received a notification to sign and review closing documents, however, we were not provided authorization code.
Mara was very slow in getting back to me. She also gave me the wrong information about closing. The rest of the team was great, but getting the wrong information on closing put a sour taste in my mouth.
Brent was wonderful on all communication he kept me in formed on my loan and every step and the process he was very informative.
Process was very seamless. Still waiting on check from closing, it has been 7 days and have received no communications of when i should expect to receive funds in my account.
It was a great experience overall and the associates who worked with me made it very ease and simple.
